Tuition
Tuition fees are posted on the 1st of the month. Tuition will be withdrawn from your account on the day you selected for epayment during the enrollment process. You are welcome to pay online or in person before your epayment day. All tuition is due by the 20th of the month. Any outstanding tuition will have a $25 late fee attached.
 
If you are dropping or changing a class, you must notify us before the end of the month so that we can adjust your tuition accordingly.

Studio Rules
We have an open door policy at the studio. Families are welcome to stay and watch their dancers while they are in class. That being said, there are certain expectations for behavior in the lobby that we must enforce.

• There is to be no yelling into the classroom to your children while classes are in session. If you have a concern about something that is happening with your child in the class then please speak to the instructor before or after class about your concerns. Yelling into the classroom only increases distractions but also undermines the authority of the instructor.
• Parents are not allowed to enter the dance floor unless you have been given permission by the instructor.
• If you are taking pictures of your dancer while they are in class, please respect that not all families want to have their children’s images shared on social media. 
• While waiting in the lobby before, after or during class, please try to treat the space as you would a library. Conversations are fine, but the noise level should remain below a level where instructors need to raise their voices to be heard. 
• If you need to bring siblings to the studio they must be supervised while in the lobby.
• You are also welcome to drop off your dancers and come pick them up at the end of class. Feel free to take a walk, grab a coffee, or run an errand while your dancer is in class.

Parking Lot  and Studio Entrance
The studio entrance is in the rear of the building. Please enter and exit through the door by the front desk.  
The parking lot can be very busy at times. There is street parking on the road across from the studio as well as the road behind the studio. 
Please do not wear dance shoes or be barefoot in the parking lot. While we keep the inside of our studios as clean as possible, we are not cleaning the parking lot. There could be broken glass, rocks, dirt or animal feces in the parking lot that we do not want to have on our dance floors where dancers are sitting and rolling around.
