Fitness Classes Fitness classes are available as a monthly package, or drop in rate. Class schedule is effective July 7- August 28 Unlimited Fitness Pass includes a reserved spot in all In Person fitness classes for $65 a month.
Drop in Classes Reservations are encouraged to be made prior to class. $8 a class. Links are available under each class description to pay in advance.
Party-O is one hour to dance it out to your favorite songs. A great cardio workout, that feels like fun! All ability levels are welcome, no dance experience necessary. Mondays 7:15-8:15pm Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm
Bodiography® is a mat based class designed to build strength and tone, while maintaining flexibility. This class focuses on strengthening the core. Mondays 6:15-7:15pm
Saturday Morning BootCamp- Get moving on a Saturday. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels and uses body weight exercises and free weights for a complete workout. Saturdays 9:00-9:45am
Dance Classes Adult Tap-Beginner Class is for adults with no tap experience, or those that have not taken a tap class in a long time and want to brush up on the basic skills.$45 a month Tuesdays 8:00-8:45pm Intermediate class is for adult dancers with at least 1 year of tap experience. $45 a month. Wednesdays 7:45pm-8:30pm
Adult Ballet- Through the movement of Ballet develop flexibility and strength. Class is open to beginners and those with experience. $45 a month Thursdays 8:00pm-8:45pm
