Fitness Classes All fitness classes have a drop in rate of $6 per class. If you enjoy our programs, buy a 10 class pass for $50 or an unlimited fitness pass for $60 a month. Now also offering a 4 class pass for $22. Perfect for people that can only attend one class per week. Fitness classes are open to individuals age 16 and up. Students younger than 16 may attend with a parent/guardian. Schedule effective September 1. Please check studio Facebook page for information about intermittent schedule changes due to vacations or holidays.
Party-O is one hour to dance it out to your favorite songs. A great cardio workout, that feels like fun! All ability levels are welcome, no dance experience necessary. Mondays 6:45-7:45pm Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm Thursdays 9:00-10:00am * Class will resume in January*
Bodiography® is a mat based class designed to build strength and tone, while maintaining flexibility. This class focuses on strengthening the core. Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm
Strong® by Zumba is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class synced to the music that provides a full body workout. Tuesdays 7:15-8:15pm Thursdays 6:30-7:00pm (STRONG30™) Saturdays 9:00-10:00am
Morning Mix is a complete workout featuring 30 minutes of dance fitness followed by 30 minutes of strength training. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels. * Class will resume in January* Wednesdays 9:00-10:00am
Dance Classes Adult Tap Intermediate- An advanced beginner/ intermediate tap class geared for adults. Designed to have fun while keeping fit and learning new things. Open to dancers 16 and up. Dancers should be familiar with Tap dance basics. Wednesdays- 7:45-8:30pm
Adult Tap Beginner- A class designed for adults that have always wanted to learn Tap dance but have not had the opportunity. Class is designed for all fitness levels. No dance experience necessary, just a willingness to try new things and have fun! 8 week session starts January 6 . $60 Mondays- 7:45-8:30
