Fitness Classes Fitness classes are available as a monthly package, or drop in rate. Class schedule is effective September 6- December 23. Unlimited Fitness Pass includes a reserved spot in all In Person fitness classes.
Drop in Classes Reservations must be made prior to class. $7 a class Links are available under each class description. Options are available for both in person and ZOOM class options. Party-O is one hour to dance it out to your favorite songs. A great cardio workout, that feels like fun! All ability levels are welcome, no dance experience necessary. Mondays 7:15-8:15pm Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm
Strong NATION® is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class synced to the music that provides a full body workout. Tuesdays 7:15-8:15pm Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm
Bodiography® is a mat based class designed to build strength and tone, while maintaining flexibility. This class focuses on strengthening the core. Mondays 6:15-7:15pm
Saturday Morning Boot Camp is a 45 minute full body workout designed for all fitness levels. Participants should have dumbbells and a mat. Saturdays 9:00-9:45am
Dance Classes Adult Tap- $45 a month. Discounts available when added to additional family classes. Intermediate class is for adult dancers with previous tap experience. Beginners should contact the studio for more information about introductory adult tap classes. Wednesdays 7:45pm-8:30pm
