Fitness Classes Fitness classes are available as a monthly package, or drop in rate. Class schedule is effective September 5-December 23. Unlimited Fitness Pass includes a reserved spot in all In Person fitness classes.
Drop in Classes Reservations are encouraged to be made prior to class. $8 a class. Links are available under each class description to pay in advance.
Party-O is one hour to dance it out to your favorite songs. A great cardio workout, that feels like fun! All ability levels are welcome, no dance experience necessary. Mondays 7:15-8:15pm Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm
Strong NATION® is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class synced to the music that provides a full body workout. Tuesdays 5:45-6:45pm Thursdays 6:45-7:45pm
Bodiography® is a mat based class designed to build strength and tone, while maintaining flexibility. This class focuses on strengthening the core. Mondays 6:15-7:15pm
Boot Camp- A total body fitness workout to get your weekend started right. Appropriate for all fitness levels, class incorporates weights, resistance exercises, and body weight training. Saturdays 9:00-9:45am
Dance Classes Adult Tap- $45 a month. Discounts available when added to additional family classes. Beginner class is for dancers 16+ with no previous tap experience. Thursdays 7:45-8:30pm Intermediate class is for adult dancers with at least 1 year of tap experience. Wednesdays 7:45pm-8:30pm
Ovation After Dark- An 18+ heels style dance class. No experience necessary, just a willingness to have fun and try new things. Heels not required. $45 for month, $15 to drop in. Mondays 8:15-9:00pm
