Fitness Classes Fitness classes are available as a monthly package, or drop in rate. Class schedule is effective January 6- May 24 . Unlimited Fitness Pass includes a reserved spot in all In Person fitness classes for $65 a month.
Drop in Classes Reservations are encouraged to be made prior to class. $8 a class. Links are available under each class description to pay in advance.
Party-O is one hour to dance it out to your favorite songs. A great cardio workout, that feels like fun! All ability levels are welcome, no dance experience necessary. Mondays 7:15-8:15pm Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm
Bodiography® is a mat based class designed to build strength and tone, while maintaining flexibility. This class focuses on strengthening the core. Mondays 6:15-7:15pm
Boot Camp Get up and get moving on Saturday mornings. Class is appropriate for all levels and focuses on building strength and endurance through free weight and body weight exercises. Saturdays 9:00-9:45am
Adult Ballet- Through the movement of Ballet develop flexibility and strength. Class is open to beginners and those with experience. $45 a month Thursdays 7:30-8:15pm
