Fitness Classes Fitness classes are available as a monthly package, or drop in rate. All in class participants must wear a mask at all times while in the studio. Unlimited Fitness Pass includes a reserved spot in all In Person fitness classes as well as links to all virtual classes for $70 a month.
Drop in Classes will resume in September. Reservations must be made prior to class. $7 a class Links are available under each class description. Options are available for both in person and ZOOM class options. Party-O is one hour to dance it out to your favorite songs. A great cardio workout, that feels like fun! All ability levels are welcome, no dance experience necessary. Mondays 7:00-8:00pm Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm
Strong NATION® is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class synced to the music that provides a full body workout. Tuesdays 7:00-8:00pm Thursdays 6:45-7:15pm (Strong30®)
Bodiography® is a mat based class designed to build strength and tone, while maintaining flexibility. This class focuses on strengthening the core. Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm
Saturday Morning Boot Camp is a 45 minute full body workout designed for all fitness levels. Participants should have dumbbells and a mat. Saturdays 9:00-9:45am
Dance Classes Adult Tap- An advanced beginner/ intermediate tap class geared for adults. Designed to have fun while keeping fit and learning new things. Open to dancers 16 and up. Dancers should be familiar with Tap dance basics. Wednesdays 7:45pm-8:30pm
